بوجود رؤية واضحة عن توفير كل وسائل الخدمات والترفيه الممكنة للمستخدم العربي، وإيمان عميق بأن المستخدم العربي يستحق أفضل أساليب التواصل عبر الانترنت، والتعبير عن رأيه، ومناقشة غيره بكل المواضيع التي تهمه وبكل حرية، تم تأسيس موقع عيون في تاريخ 5 أكتوبر 2000.

إن الغاية الكبرى التي نرجوها من موقع عيون هي خدمة المستخدم العربي أينما كان وفي أي وقت.

نحن لا نستهدف فئة معينة من المتصفحين، بل حاولنا إعطاء كافة مستخدمي الانترنت ما يرضينا ويرضيه على حد سواء حتى نصبح الموقع الشامل الذي يؤمن جميع الوسائل الخدماتية والترفيهية التي يحتاجها الشباب، باحتوائها على أحدث برامج الدردشة الكتابية، أحدث برامج المنتديات التي تتيح لكل مستخدم حرية التعبير عن رأيه ومناقشة المواضيع التي تهمه.

With a clear vision of providing all the possible services and entertainments to the Arab users, and a deep belief that the Arab user deserves the best ways to contact, express opinions, and to feel free discussing others with all his desired topics, 3oyoon site was established On 5-Oct.-2000.

The main goal that we hope by 3oyoon site is to serve the Arab browser, wherever and whenever he is.

We don't focus on a specific type of browsers. We tried to give all types of users what satisfies us and them by being the comprehensive site that will indeed provides all the possible services, and entertainments that are needed by Youth, containing the best developed methods of written chatting programs, and the newest forum pages that allow the user to freely express himself and his ideas.
